This Privacy Policy explains how Dobbx collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dobbx.com, start a free trial, or use the Dobbx ERP platform.

Account information such as name, work email, company name, and country when you sign up for a trial or subscription.

Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and calculator inputs on the free tools, collected to improve the product.

Business data you enter into your Dobbx workspace (invoices, journal entries, customer records, etc.), which is scoped to your tenant and company and never shared across tenants.

To provision and operate your ERP workspace, process subscriptions, and provide support.

To send product updates, onboarding guidance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.

To monitor platform security, including audit logging of administrative and financial actions.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with subprocessors strictly necessary to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable grace period. You may request export or deletion of your tenant data by contacting support.
