Terms and Conditions

By creating a Dobbx account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

Each subscription creates a tenant with one or more company workspaces. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for managing user access within your workspace.

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Free trials provide temporary access to a limited set of modules and usage limits. No credit card is required to start a trial. We may end or modify the trial program at any time.

Apps installed from the Dobbx marketplace, including third-party developer apps, are subject to their own listing terms. Dobbx is not responsible for the functionality of third-party apps beyond the marketplace review process.

You may not use Dobbx to store unlawful content, attempt to bypass tenant isolation or security controls, or resell access without a partner agreement.

Dobbx is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Dobbx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
